Paul K. Sanchez sued the Club for nonpayment of a series of unpaid loans beginning in 2017 totaling $69,800 plus 10% compound interest.

The Club initiated a new complaint against Carl Kennedy within this case, but this new complaint was dismissed in September 2023 pursuant to a settlement between Kennedy and the Club in Bankruptcy Court.
