IRS FILINGS

We have all the latest filings with the IRS. Unfortunately, the Club didn’t file the IRS Forms 990 (an annual requirement for all not-for-profit corporations) for calendar years 2019, 2021, and 2022. On August 11, 2021, the Club reported that the IRS levied a $10,000 fine against the Club for the failure to timely file their IRS Forms 990.

 

FLORIDA FILINGS

We have all the filings with the Florida Secretary of State. Some time ago, the Club began filing annual reports as a “For Profit” corporation in spite of reporting to the IRS as a not-for-profit for the same years.Read the Articles of Incorporation and read the Profit Corporation filings from the Club going back fifty years.

 

BANKRUPTCY

On July 26, 2022, the Club filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. You can read the official filings here.
